Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively to recruit a Marketing Executive for our exciting client based in Middlesbrough.

This is an agile working environment, and the role will require you to be present at various locations but offers a large degree of flexibility.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and sitting within a progressive marketing team, you will have c2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working within marketing, ideally within a B2C environment with product experience.

Your key responsibilities would include:

Supporting the sales team with artwork requests for both offline and online collateral including brochures, posters, advertisements and sales presentations.

Collaborate and assist sales efforts by creating useful information and materials to enhance the performance of products including the creation of marketing collateral.

Devise, manage and implement agreed paid media plan and advertising schedule.

Devise, manage and implement agreed schedule for entry into awards.

Work closely with design agencies to brief and approve artwork and/or campaign requirement.

Work as part of the team to help create ideas to feed into launch plans for new products.

Create a marketing monthly industry update and share internally.

Content creation including newsletters and social media content including Instagram reels and TikTok content to support the Marketing Manager.

Manage the imagery portfolio across all brands, leading and planning all brand photoshoots (and video shoots) and ensuring shared folders are kept up to date.

Contribute to the development of procedures/ work instructions and continuous improvement activities.

• 2+ years\' experience work experience within marketing.

• Work to tight deadlines.
• Confident and efficient under pressure.
• Ability to create reels on social and use all social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Ideally, ability to use basic design software to create some marketing collateral eg. Canva.
• You need to be able to drive to fulfil this role.

Salary dependent on skills and experience but c\xc2\xa325-\xc2\xa328k plus a generous benefits package.
