Marketing Executive - Batchelors Motor Group, York

Full-Time | 32,000 + Bonus (35,000 OTE)

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a "sit in the corner" kind of job. You'll be right at the heart of what we do, making a visible impact every day:

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Keep our social media pages active, engaging, and full of personality. Update our website with new offers, imagery, news, and anything that keeps it fresh and accurate. Support events such as new car launches, VIP evenings, and community activities. Analyse how marketing campaigns are performing and use insights to improve results. Create email campaigns that keep our customers informed and coming back. Work with manufacturer partners to make sure all marketing stays on-brand. Build strong working relationships with sales and service teams so campaigns support real business goals. Help manage our online reviews and protect our reputation. Keep an eye on trends and competitors so Batchelors stays ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

Have experience in the automotive world (highly advantageous but not essential). Write clearly and confidently. Are organised and can juggle multiple projects without getting flustered. Have a good eye for design and care about the details. Know your way around social media tools and website CMS platforms. Above all, love marketing and want to make a positive impact every day.
