Marketing Expert

to take the lead in creating, planning and delivering all marketing activities that bring customers through our doors.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a small team, where you will

take complete ownership of our marketing and brand presence and be directly responsible for generating leads

- the lifeblood of our business.

About the Role



As our

Marketing Expert

, you'll play a key role in shaping how our business looks, sounds and connects with people, developing campaigns, overseeing digital channels, and bringing new ideas to life.

Managing the systems, content, and campaigns that create and convert leads and working closely with the

Directors and Business Operations Manager

to align goals and results, you'll be the person responsible for attracting new enquiries into the business and keeping our customers engaged, both online and in person.

You'll also take ownership of our website, landing pages, digital automation, and performance tracking while helping shape our wider customer journey, from video replies to the in-showroom experience.

This is a

target driven role

so you'll need to enjoy working towards clear lead generation and conversion goals, with the flexibility to adapt when needed.

Key Responsibilities



Work collaboratively to create and deliver the brand marketing strategy and roadmap Rule our rhythmic acquisition of customers, bring in a steady flow of leads from various marketing channels - all tracked against our targets so you'll know exactly what is working and what needs improvement Own and optimise marketing automation, structured lead-generation processes and funnels, email flows, SMS, WhatsApp replies, chatbots, and video follow-ups Anticipate future market shifts, consumer behavior changes, and emerging technologies to build long-term, resilient, and innovative brand strategies Plan, Create & Deliver captive creative content, campaigns and seasonal promotions (online and offline), including website, brochures, newsletters, leaflet campaigns, downloadable guides, social media assets and lead magnets, video content, design, test and manage landing pages, split-testing for performance and tracking results Usher in our ultimate website, implementing a game changing guide to enhance content including building and maintaining a customer knowledge hub with videos, FAQs, and useful resources Monitor results and feedback on project delivery, to help inform and influence future activity and plans with a particular focus on analysis of Google Analytics, SEO and PPC activities. Enhance the full customer journey - in collaboration across all teams, contribute to showroom upgrades (including digital signage and walk-through experiences), flush out any funnel issues or wonky workflows, refine retention and advance advocacy Liaise with agency partners and other external creative resources Support showroom activity and jump in where needed including leading one Saturday a month (with time off in lieu) and supporting the office team during busy periods Continual improvement - self-motivated to learn new techniques, systems & strategies and attend training days in Birmingham to stay sharp on tools and trends

What We're Looking For



If you need hand-holding, this won't be a fit. We want a self-starter who builds, tests, iterates, and owns results.

A strategic thinker with proven background in D2C marketing and brand management, ideally within a lifestyle brand. Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus. Experience across all marketing techniques (obsessed with digital methods a strong advantage) Competent using all digital platforms with a strong organic social understanding (familiar with using Siteglide a bonus) Strong analytical skills, able to identify problems, spot patterns, and make logical, data-driven decisions Strong knowledge of how to leverage AI, automation and CRM tools to improve ROI (confident using Google Workspace, Zapier, Go High Level preferred) Superior writing and visual communication skills (fluent in English), competent at creating captivating content that works, from hooks that stop the scroll to videos that pop on TikTok (managing design in Canva, Adobe, Indesign, Capcut, Apple fans not Android ideal) and equally happy in front of the camera or behind Self-motivated and organised, able to manage multiple projects and own workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines Works well in a team environment
