This is a hands-on, broad marketing role with an emphasis on lead generation, campaign execution, CRM-driven marketing, and reporting. You'll work in Dynamics 365 Marketing daily, building campaigns, managing data, and tracking performance. You'll also play a critical role in responding quickly to inbound leads in the UK market, ensuring every inquiry is acknowledged, captured, and routed to sales quickly.
While content and design will be provided by CTI's graphics team, you'll be responsible for deploying assets, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Inbound Response
Monitor inbound leads in Dynamics 365 and ensure timely follow-up and assignment for the UK market.
Track lead sources, campaign attribution, and report on conversion metrics.
Support lead nurturing workflows to move prospects further down the funnel.
CRM & Campaign Management
Build campaigns, nurture journeys, and event workflows in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Deploy provided graphics and content into campaigns across digital channels.
Maintain accurate lead/contact data to support sales alignment.
Events & Regional Support
Assist with planning and execution of UK trade shows, sponsorships, and client-facing events.
Coordinate logistics, ensure collateral delivery, and manage post-event follow-up.
Capture photos or short-form video onsite as needed to support the video team.
Analytics & Reporting
Provide actionable insights on lead generation, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
Prepare regular reports for US leadership with recommendations for optimization.
Light Social Support
Schedule posts in Statusbrew using provided content.
Qualifications
1-3 years of marketing experience.
Hands-on experience (or strong interest in learning) Dynamics 365 Marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and with cross-border teams.
Nice-to-Have
Experience supporting inbound lead gen or sales handoff.
Familiarity with Statusbrew or similar scheduling tools.
Knowledge of events/trade show logistics.
