Marketing Graduate

to join our dynamic team and support our in-house marketing efforts across both of our exciting brands.

From influencer campaigns and social content to print materials, product launches and events - you'll be hands-on from day one, working closely with our founders and wider team. This is your chance to make an impact and grow with a business that blends fashion, performance and lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing:

Campaign & Content Support

Assist in the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, from concept through to execution Help create compelling digital and offline marketing materials (social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, etc.) Contribute ideas for content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Support with blog writing, SEO optimisation and website updates Attend photoshoots and media days to help capture high-quality imagery and behind-the-scenes content, shooting, and editing engaging photo and video content for our websites, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Get involved with everything from lookbook shoots and catalogues to trade show materials

Product Launches

Develop a deep understanding of target markets, buyer personas, and customer journeys to position our products effectively Write compelling copy for product descriptions and our website Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams. Support the development of targeted marketing campaigns, using insights from customer research and market analysis.

Social Media

Help manage our social channels, build digital communities, and respond to our loyal fanbase

Influencer & PR Outreach

Identify and research influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with our brand ethos Support influencer gifting, campaign tracking and communications Assist with brand partnership activations and event planning

Analytics & Strategy

Monitor performance metrics (social, email, website traffic) and report on campaign effectiveness Stay on top of competitor activity, seasonal trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing decisions

Events

Help organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase EQUIDRY & Drywalks products and build relationships with our customers Assist with advertising and PR activity surrounding events

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills A passion for lifestyle, fashion, sport or equestrian culture is a bonus Proactive, highly organised and comfortable working across multiple projects A can-do attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow Confidence using platforms like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok, etc. Full UK driving licence - travel to photoshoots, content days and events is required
