About the Role
As our Marketing Graduate, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering a range of marketing activities that build our brand, increase engagement, and generate new business opportunities. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the chance to develop core marketing skills and gain experience across digital, content, social, strategic marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of the company's marketing strategy
Responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of content across channels, ensuring consistency with brand tone and business objectives
Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
Maintain and update the company website (WordPress)
Assist in delivering email campaigns and managing our CRM (HubSpot)
Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
Create all promotional content including posts, graphics, blog posts, and case studies (Canva)
Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g. website traffic, engagement, conversions)
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity with company goals
Support the sales team with outreach
About You
We're looking for someone enthusiastic, curious, and ready to learn. Whether you're a recent graduate or have a bit of experience already, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in marketing.
Essential
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using social media in a professional context
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
Familiarity with Canva, WordPress and HubSpot (or similar platforms)
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid digital campaigns
Experience with email marketing or basic content design
Awareness of GDPR and the UK data protection landscape (training will be provided)
