Cognia Law is hiring a bright, curious all-rounder to support our UK team across marketing, sales, events and more.
Role Purpose
This is a hands-on, all-rounder role that offers a rare opportunity for a bright, motivated graduate or early-career professional to get exposure to marketing, sales, events and business operations within the professional services sector.
Whether it's updating pitch decks, helping plan a client event, coordinating sales follow-ups, or writing a social media post -- if it lands on your desk, you'll take it on with enthusiasm and pride. You'll be the go-to person for a little bit of everything, and that's exactly what excites you.
You won't just be supporting -- you'll be learning how business development, marketing and operations really work from the inside, while contributing to meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced, high-performance team.
About You
This role is less about what you've done, and more about your attitude and how you show up. That said, here's what we're hoping for:
You've done a marketing or sales internship, or worked in a fast-paced environment
You're proactive, reliable, and always a step ahead
You're curious about marketing, business development, and what makes clients tick
You've got a confident and professional communication style -- whether you're writing an email or speaking in a meeting
You're organised, great with a checklist, and can juggle multiple deadlines
You're excited to be part of a small team doing big things -- and ready to learn quickly

You bring the enthusiasm, we'll bring the opportunity -- let's get started.

Up to 1 year of work experience (internships count)
