We are looking for a Part Time experienced Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to be part of the Sales team. This person must be a very creative individual with a real drive to create eye catching and interesting sales and marketing literature that will be used on our business website and regularly posted throughout our social media portals. The position does not require the successful candidate to have qualifications in graphic design but the right person must ideally, have experience in applications such as Adobe Creative Suite to include Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, WordPress as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The successful candidate will need to bring enthusiasm, self-motivation and an eye for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in order to ensure the Company stands out from the rest of its competitors. Someone with a friendly and "can do" attitude with good communication skills and full of creative passion is what we are after.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing and interpreting design briefs whilst working to brand guidelines Highly creative in order to present designs and ideas to Company Directors Manage and maintain company websites Plan and design content for social media, designing & completing all aspects of design work such as Logos, posters, flyers, leaflets etc. Take photos and edit images Analysing and managing SEO and business marketing analytics

Qualifications (essential):

Relevant proven experience will be considered in lieu of any formal qualifications

Experience/Skills (desirable):

Experience in applications such as Adobe Creative Suite to include Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, WordPress as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Person Profile:

Reliable, adaptable and a good communicator with the ability to work well within a team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer focus skills, a willingness to work hard and have good attention to detail.

Special Conditions:

Flexibility to work overtime when requested to meet specific deadlines. Hours of Work: 16 Hours Flexible to suit the right person Between: 08:30 to 17:00 (Mon - Thurs) 16:00 (Fri)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
