Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Voly Limited. Reporting to the head of department, you will be tasked with creating artwork and digital design content for multiple brands within the organisation. You will also be responsible for writing content and editing the content across multiple websites.

Working across the following marketing channels: Social Media, Online Advertising, Branded Collateral, Brochures, Website Content CMS systems, Email Marketing, Events, Presentations Company Merchandise, Animated Videos and Motions Graphics.

Responsibilities

A Graphic Designer with a wide variety of marketing skilling including: Create artwork, presentations, digital designs, brochures and video graphics for multiple brands within the organisation, whilst adhering to the organisations brand guidelines. Creative writing skills for articles and media publications, email marketing and website content management skills. Can write, share and post branded social media content across multiple channels, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and YouTube. Adherence to all ISO 27001 requirements

Experience and skills

Educated to degree level or training and experience in Graphic Design and Marketing At least 2 years industry experience in similar role Beginner to intermediate creative writing skills Create digital communication whilst adhering to the organisations brand guidelines Intermediate to advanced experience in Adobe CS applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience using content management systems to update websites. Email Marketing Experience Understands the process of resizing images in a variety of formats for various online and offline communication channels. A strong understanding of digital design and print processes. A good knowledge of branding and brand guidelines. Ability to build good working relationships across departments Flexible, open-minded and can take on board artwork and content changes Get involved with brainstorming of new creative ideas Follow verbal and written campaign design briefs, plans and deadlines Experience using HubSpot CRM would be an advantage.
