We're Webstraxt - a specialist ecommerce agency that designs, builds, and supports high-performing Magento + Hyva websites with ERP integrations for ambitious retailers. We're ready to grow - and we need a hands-on marketing executive who can deliver.

This is a career-making opportunity for a self-motivated marketer with experience running campaigns, building landing pages, and writing compelling copy. You'll own demand generation across paid, organic, and direct channels -- and help shape our sales pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and run marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, paid ads) Build landing pages, funnels, and campaign content Manage paid ads: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or postal campaigns Create compelling sales enablement content and ad copy Help define ideal customer profiles and verticals Engage with prospects via LinkedIn and email outreach Track and report on leads, engagement, and sales outcomes Execute SEO strategies by optimizing content and structure, analyzing performance, and collaborating across teams. Manage social media channels and ensure consistent stream of brand content Represent the business at industry events or meet ups (if desired)

To excel in this role, you will have:

2-5 years of marketing experience (ideally in B2B, ecommerce, or agency). Experience writing ad copy, emails and short-form content. Experience building landing pages, crafting email campaigns and managing ad spend. A solid understanding of the sales funnel and how to move prospects through it. Strong self-management skills - comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end Experience sourcing and capturing prospect data. A proven history of delivering results in a similar role. Exceptional Excel and data manipulation skills. Outstanding communication and organisation skills.

Remuneration:

Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + Bank Holidays Annual Salary: 35,000- 38,000 DOE Per Annum Pension Scheme: Company Pension Scheme
