We are a small but fast-growing family business looking for a hands-on, creative, data-driven marketer to take full ownership of marketing and growth across our three family experience venues: The Hidden Village (Leeds & Keighley) and The Hidden Castle (Skipton).

This is a

solo marketing role

-- perfect for someone who loves both strategy AND doing the work themselves.

You will take full ownership of planning, creating, and executing all marketing activity to increase bookings, footfall, parties, memberships, and brand visibility. Working closely with the owners and each venue manager, you'll become an essential part of our friendly, tight-knit team where everyone is valued and welcomed.

Responsibilities

Create and manage monthly marketing/content calendars Produce social content (photos, videos, reels) across 3 venues Write captions, emails, blogs, web content, and ad copy Run Meta/Instagram ads Build email campaigns and automations Capture content on-site monthly Update and optimise website and booking flow Track data, analyse performance, and adjust campaigns Plan seasonal campaigns and promotions Build local partnerships and community engagement Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms Report results and KPIs directly to ownership

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on marketing experience Skilled with social content, ads, email & basic design (Canva) Confident filming/editing simple smartphone content Able to work across multiple sites Creative, organised, and commercially minded Comfortable working independently and owning results A strategic thinker who can plan growth campaigns as well as execute them
Bonus but not required:

Experience in hospitality, leisure, play centres, tourism, or events

Salary & Benefits

32,000 - 40,000 DOE

Location

Occasional travel to Leeds, Keighley and Skipton (1-2 times per month, per venue)
