OUTSIDE is a Creative People and Places project funded by Arts Council England, dedicated to making high-quality arts and cultural experiences accessible to everyone in the Staffordshire Moorlands. With a strong focus on inclusivity and community engagement, OUTSIDE aims to inspire creativity and stimulate meaningful change by connecting people, especially those in rural or underserved areas, with vibrant cultural opportunities that reflect the people and the place.

We're looking for a

dynamic marketing professional

to

lead

our communications and evaluation work. The ideal candidate will bring experience in arts or heritage marketing, particularly in reaching 'hard to reach' audiences. Your role will be key in helping us engage diverse groups across the area. The successful candidate will value and work to centre community voice, celebrating achievements and challenges and reflecting lived experience.
