Marketing & Insights Strategist

Hybrid/Remote (UK-based, with occasional in-person meetups at our Melton

Mowbray HQ)

Part-Time, 20 hrs p/week, flexible schedule

Vint Street is a vibrant marketplace celebrating vintage, collectibles, and pre-loved

treasures. We combine community, storytelling, and live commerce to make

sustainable buying and selling exciting, playful, and accessible.

We're looking for a part-time Marketing & Insights Strategist to join our team.

Working closely with our Head of Content &Comms and social media manager,

you'll help shape marketing strategy, interpret data, and guide our content for

maximum impact. You'll be the one turning creative ideas into measurable growth.

What you'll be doing

? Collaborating with the content team to plan calendars and campaigns across

blogs, newsletters, social media, and livestreams.

? Analysing performance data to provide clear, actionable recommendations.

? Tracking key metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions, app interactions) to

steer decisions.

? Supporting social campaigns with strategy, scheduling, and optimisation.

? Monitoring trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep us ahead.

? Assisting in planning seasonal pushes, product launches, and LIVE platform

initiatives.

What we're looking for

? A background in digital marketing strategy and analytics.

? Hands-on experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and interpreting data.

? Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Omnisend, Meta Business Suite,

TikTok/Instagram insights (or similar).

? Confidence turning numbers into creative, practical guidance.

? Knowledge of email, social, and live commerce marketing.

? Collaborative approach -- you'll guide and support content creators, not

override them.
