Marketing Intern - Cardiff (On-site)

We are a Paid Media agency based in Cardiff, specialising in Paid Search and Paid Social. We are offering an exciting

6-12 month internship

opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and progress into a Marketing Executive role after completion. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in a fun and friendly work environment, while learning from seasoned professionals.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to build a career in paid media. This internship will provide you with a solid foundation in managing paid search and social accounts, with progression opportunities based on your performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and management of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to assist in optimising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and assist in analysing data using analytics tools and dashboards. Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates, applying new insights to campaigns. Collaborate with the team to support client relationships and deliver impactful results.

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in paid media and digital marketing, with some exposure through study, online courses, or personal projects. Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics is advantageous but not essential. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a bonus. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
