Someone who can drive the planning of our own marketing, to increase awareness and desire for our unique proposition, promote and measure the impact of our world-class content; and become a world-class communicator, coordinator and negotiator. You must have impeccable attention to detail, impossibly high standards and a pursuit of marketing excellence. Every number we produce, every word we write and every image we craft must be the very best it can be and your judgment and standards need to be at that level.

You'll also have heaps of initiative and be extremely organised, sporting an inquisitive mind, a curious nature and a desire to ask questions. Plus, you'll enjoy the challenge of learning about a diverse range of businesses, markets, channels and audiences.

Objectives and responsibilities of the role:



To study addmustard's target audience's values, beliefs, and motives, as well as how these elements impact their decision-making process. Conduct in-depth, tailored research and analysis to identify and prioritise the digital platforms, events, and other channels that the target audience utilises. Help develop and implement strategies for reaching and engaging entrepreneurs through multiple media. Coordinate and manage the creation of assets and collateral that addmustard needs to communicate our unique positioning. Support in the delivery of email campaigns, assisting with creation, segmentation, and performance tracking. Oversee updates and maintenance of the addmustard website, supporting SEO efforts through keyword research, optimisation of content, and analysing search rankings. Track performance metrics for campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta insights, and Searchmetrics. Manage and update our CRM, inputting, organising and monitoring lead data.

Please note: the 23,000 annual salary will be offered after completion of a two-month successful probation period. During this probation period, addmustard will pay travelling expenses and a lunch allowance.
