What you'll do:

Shape the strategy:

Develop and deliver marketing plans that reinforce Mitie's position as a leader in data-driven facilities management and decarbonisation solutions.

Drive growth:

Create campaigns that engage public sector audiences and generate high-value opportunities (think 50m+ deals).

Lead innovation:

Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns and impactful assets.

Build relationships:

Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.

What we're looking for:

3+ years in a mid-to-senior marketing role, ideally within Public or Private Sector marketing or Facilities Management. Experience in Account/Deal Based Marketing is a big plus. A strategic thinker with a creative edge and strong analytical skills. Commercially savvy, highly organised, and confident engaging at director level. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
