Marketing & Lead Generation Assistant

Job Description

We are a small, family-run kitchen business with a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces for our clients. As our business grows, we're looking for someone to join our close-knit team and help us drive lead generation and marketing activities.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days will be the same. You'll be involved in everything from capturing content on-site, to running online campaigns, to representing us at networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

Visiting client projects to record video, take photos, and capture engaging content (driving licence and own transport required). Editing and uploading content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns. Updating and maintaining our website (WordPress experience preferred). Designing and sending email campaigns/mailshots to potential clients. Researching and filtering leads from data sources and following up appropriately. Attending networking events to represent the business and build industry connections. Supporting the wider team with ad hoc marketing and admin tasks.
About You:

Confident with content creation - both photography and videography. Strong editing and digital skills (experience with editing tools, social media platforms, and WordPress). A creative eye for design and storytelling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable speaking with clients and professionals at events. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Working Hours - 30Hrs Per week

Monday - Thursday 9am-4.30pm

Friday - 9am-2pm
