Duties
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.

Utilise CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage lead information.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
Maintain an organised database of leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process.
Assist in creating marketing materials that support lead generation efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
