Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Executive to join our team in our office in Basildon. This role is vital in promoting our tailored insurance services and strengthening our brand presence. and generating new leads and enquiries. The Marketing Executive will contribute to our mission of delivering personalised insurance solutions by developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact local and national businesses by phone, email and Social Media. Introduce Brokers Incorporated and the services we provide. Obtain key details such as renewal dates and decision-maker information. Build and manage a database of qualified prospects. Follow up with interested businesses to arrange quotations. Support the creation of marketing campaigns, mailshots, and email outreach. Report activity and conversion results to the management team.

Who We're Looking For

Highly self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, organised, and comfortable engaging with business owners. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately. Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude. Previous experience in

lead generation, telemarketing, or sales

is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing tools would be advantageous.
