Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing projects from idea to execution -- managing stakeholders, timelines, and progress
Lead marketing planning for key business initiatives, including new service launches and milestone events
Create and maintain a clear, strategic 12-month promotions calendar in collaboration with branches and product teams
Support digital marketing activity, identifying opportunities to improve SEO, social media, email, and web performance
Brief and manage internal and external designers, copywriters, and printers
Get hands-on when needed, creating graphics, social media posts, email layouts, and other creative assets
Monitor campaign results, reporting key insights to help us improve continuously
Ensure all marketing activity stays aligned with wider business objectives
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar project-led marketing role
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, email, social, SEO, and web
Confidence in creating project plans and keeping teams on track
Familiarity with marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, or similar
Proactive, can-do attitude, someone who spots what needs doing and gets stuck in
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Office based position with some travel between our branches when needed (flexibility with working pattern will be considered)
Nice to Have:
Experience in
trade or retail environments
Working knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 or social media insights
