We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing Lead to join our brilliant Space Homes Sales Team - and we can't wait to see what you'll bring to the role!

What will you be doing?



Leading the marketing strategy for Space Homes, designing and delivering campaigns that shine a spotlight on our new build sites. Creating a buzz around our brand, grow our audience, and boost our digital presence. Collaborating with our sales teams, take on their feedback, and turn it into powerful, customer-focused marketing. Innovating and experimenting -- we want fresh ideas, bold strategies, and someone who's not afraid to try something new. Working with web developers and external agencies to keep our website sharp, engaging, and effective. Launch campaigns for new developments coming next year -- we'll need your creativity to make them unforgettable. Overseeing content creation, from property listings to video, photography, and offline media. Manage budgets, leading our Marketing Assistant and making sure that every penny spent delivers value.

Ideally, you'll have access to a car, so you can visit our developments from time to time -- getting to know our homes, our customers, and what makes each site special.

Who are we looking for?




We're after someone who's creative, confident and ready to make a splash. You'll be a natural communicator, a strategic thinker, and someone who knows how to get results.


Here's what would be great:

Digital Know-How



Experience with PPC, SEO, and social media advertising. A strong grasp of digital strategy and how to grow online audiences. Comfortable making decisions on spend and managing budgets.

Campaigns & Content



Proven success in multi-channel campaigns. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Able to create short-form video and social media content. A creative thinker with a flair for storytelling.

Leadership & Collaboration



Great at building relationships and influencing others. Organised, proactive, and confident in leading a small team. Experience in a similar role and ready to take the lead.

Salary:

39,424 per annum

(35 hours/week) 26 days annual leave (rising to 31 annually) + Bank Holidays Permanent Contract
