We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a
Marketing Level 3 Apprentice
. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a nationally recognised qualification.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools Support in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and events Conduct market research and competitor analysis Maintain and update website content using content management systems (CMS) Help with administrative tasks, including compiling reports and organising files Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
Requirements:
Essential:
Passion for marketing and creativity Good written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital tools Willingness to learn and take initiative Strong organisational and time management skills Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet research)
Desirable:
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or basic design tools is a plus Any previous experience in a marketing, retail, or content creation role

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
