We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. Apprenticeship Summary:

Salary: 7.55 an hour Working Week: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm including a 30 minute break Hours: 37.5 hours per week Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification Location: Stubley Lane Dronfield, Derbyshire, S18 1DJ

The Role:

As our Apprentice Marketing Assistant, you'll be working closely with the marketing team to support our campaigns and branding. You'll get hands-on experience in areas such as:

Campaign Development:Support the team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Lead handling:Manage and monitor incoming sales leads whilst providing timely responses and supporting the national and international sales teams. Content Creation*: Assist in creating engaging content for our website, printed literature, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Management*: Assist in growing our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
Event Support*: Provide support in organising and promoting events, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
Education and Training*: Assist with developing internal training videos on our products and services
Administrative Tasks*: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.

The Candidate:

We're after someone creative, organised, and keen to learn. Ideal traits include: Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Microsoft Office Suite. Any history with Adobe products is preferred but training will be provided. Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing.

Training to be provided:

Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role. Dependent on the learner's prior knowledge.

Multi-Channel Marketing Level 3 standard, 18 months practical with an additional 3 months End Point Assessment period. Functional Skills in Maths, and English (if required).
