Job Overview

We are a UK based PR company providing services to Chinese and UK customers and seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in various statistical software and data visualisation tools to interpret complex datasets and present findings effectively.

Duties

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Develop interactive dashboards and visualisations using Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics to present insights. Perform data manipulation and querying using tools to extract meaningful information from large datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports summarising findings, methodologies, and recommendations for stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.

Experience

Proven experience in a research or analytical role with a strong emphasis on data analysis skills. Familiarity with marketing concepts and the ability to apply them in research contexts. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Chinese market and UK market. Strong understanding of SQL for database management and querying. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences. Language: Chinese and English A degree or equal experience in a relevant field such as Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines is preferred. Excellent Customer Services
