Marketing, PR & Communications Manager

Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00) 35,000 per annum

At Milford Care, we are looking for a Marketing, PR and Communications maestro to take charge of the promotion of the company's brand. We have an outstanding reputation, supported by previously winning Employer of the Year award at the Great British Care Awards, and are dedicated to delivering a high standard of training and investment in our staff members' professional development. We run six residential and nursing homes across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, and all our homes are rated "Outstanding" or "Good" by CQC, so you can rest assured that you will be promoting services that do the right thing.

Here's who we are looking for:

- As a passionate writer, you are able to convey information articulately and adjust your style to various situations and audiences. You can use persuasive words to make impactful marketing materials and press releases and generate ideas on how to make an impact with marketing campaigns.

- As a people person, you can work with a variety of different people, ranging from our elderly residents to our fabulous staff at the homes, external partners and the press.

- As a social media superstar, you can create engaging content and short videos, and promote Milford Care's brand through different platforms and work with the Care Home teams to showcase the best stories.

- As a PR pro, you have a sound knowledge of the local media and skills to write and get stories published.

- As a WordPress expert, you can take control of the company's website and ensure our ethos is at the forefront of all we publish

- As an organised, driven and independent person, you are able to manage your own workload and deliver on the Marketing and PR strategy.

- As an experienced PR and marketing professional, you bring experience in a similar role.
