We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager or similar to join a leading UK property brand based in Bournemouth. As Marketing Manager you will oversee all brand communications for branches across multiple brands and the overarching brand with the responsibility of creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness while maintaining a brand\'s unique identity. You will work with two direct reports to plan and execute marketing campaigns for each brand own cross-channel marketing and content plans and provide support to franchisee networks for local marketing campaigns.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Leading brand marketing and content plans developing and implementing multi-channel brand campaigns
  • Develop marketing collateral for branches ensuring brand and legal compliance
  • Ensure consistency for each brand\'s ToV and creative visuals
  • Management of design pipeline and Artworker overseeing creative briefs
  • Maintenance of digital assets ensuring all assets are on brand
  • Lead on social media content creation and implementation for the brands. Assist with the production of print assets for each brand
  • Management of external suppliers and agencies
  • Collaborate with the Digital team in the roll-out of all campaigns across email web and paid media
  • Maximise local engagement for upcoming campaigns through regular internal comms updates to the franchisee network
  • Manage inbound queries from franchisees
Experience you\'ll need
  • Experience in a similar Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Executive position
  • Background in traditional and digital marketing.
  • Property industry experience preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Able to interpret requests and write clear briefs for designers.
  • Experience managing external suppliers
  • Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams and collaborating across different areas.
  • Line management experience is desired but not essential.
