We are currently working with a leading supplier of bathroom products and seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Trade National Sales Manager and in-house teams to develop and execute a trade marketing program that increases engagement with merchant trade partners improves installer relationships and supports other teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company take on a new role and have a significant impact on the trade marketing strategy.

What you\'ll be doing?

• Developing and optimizing the trade marketing strategy
• Supervising specific trade brochures and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials
• Coordinating an event program including national exhibitions and pop-up events
• Maintaining a promotional program to Trade customers
• Coordinating social media campaigns and leading the development of a Trade-only web portal
• Creating a catalog of \'how-to\' videos
• Researching planning and executing an incentive scheme for installers
• Keeping up to date with trade trends and competitor activity
• Exploring new tools/channels to assist in widening awareness of our target audience

What experience you\'ll need to apply?

• Strong academic background with a degree and/or related professional qualification
• Excellent understanding of trade marketing initiatives within the building/home improvement sector
• Proactive approach to change and proposing new ways of working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Focus on delivery to internal and external customers
• Able to collaborate effectively solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
• Detail-oriented very organized able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Enthusiastic flexible and professional in all aspects of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
