WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

You will take ownership of the execution and delivery of brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations across our key EMEA markets. Working to briefs set by the Senior Marketing Manager, and with final brand sign-off from the Brand Director, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of projects that strengthen brand heat, build awareness, and drive commercial impact. This is a role for a confident and proactive campaign leader who thrives on autonomy, with the authority to manage partners, agencies, and ambassadors day to day, while ensuring all activity aligns with the brand's strategic direction.

Oversee the production of campaign assets (film, photography, digital, retail), ensuring consistency of storytelling.

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships

Activate brand campaigns with licensed teams, partners, and ambassadors. Integrate ambassadors effectively into campaigns and ensure they are fully equipped. Maximise the value of sponsorship and partnership assets through strong campaign execution

Marketing Calendar Management

Own and align the EMEA marketing calendar with launches, activations, and sponsorship milestones. Co-manage seasonal events and activations to drive visibility and impact.

Digital, Social & E-commerce Support

Deliver digital and social campaigns to grow community engagement and e-commerce performance. Provide toolkits and content calendars to partners on time and to brief.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform future activity

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, product, DTC) and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns. Support license and distribution partners with assets, storytelling, and toolkits to drive sales.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience:

Project Management

Proven experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Skilled at managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on brand, and on time.

Licensed Teams and Partnership Marketing

Experience managing marketing campaigns and activations in collaboration with licensed partners -- including sports teams, clubs, and entertainment brands. Confident working within brand guidelines while maximizing the commercial and storytelling potential of licensed relationships.

Creative Campaign Leadership

Ability to translate brand purpose and seasonal objectives into inspiring, consumer-focused campaigns. Collaborates effectively with creative, product, and commercial teams to develop compelling content and activations that drive awareness and engagement.

Proactive Approach

A strong self-starter with a drive to make an impact on projects. Demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and improving processes -- ensuring that marketing activity is always one step ahead of consumer and business needs.

We want you to live our company principles, bringing a strong consumer focus, while always looking for ways to improve and grow in your role.
