Marketing Manager - Chester (Hybrid + Flexible Working) - 4 Day Working Week - Up to \xc2\xa350,000 - SaaS

Our client is a dynamic player in the digital industry, passionately driving business growth through innovative tech solutions. They are currently searching for a Marketing Manager to join them at their Chester HQ.

They are looking for a driven professional to lead programs that drive business growth through marketing and sales. The main goal is to speed up lead generation with effective marketing initiatives for both inbound and outbound sales. With leaders in the field to execute their campaigns, they will be working closely with sales, customer success, and data teams - shaping successful strategies for engaging prospects and customers, as well as expanding products and services. The ideal candidate candidate will be able to work autonomously, and relish the experimental and strategic nature of the role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategise and execute programs and campaigns to generate new qualified leads.
  • Partner with the sales team to refine and enhance the conversion rate from leads to sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the demand generation team to ensure accurate content and demand generation requirements.
  • Analyse prospect and customer pain points, buying behaviour, and business opportunities while staying abreast of the competitive landscape.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns and programs.
  • Develop and execute prospecting marketing initiatives across target accounts, ABM, industry segments, and competitive verticals.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Over 3 years of experience as a digital marketing manager with a focus on lead generation.
  • A solid understanding of sales processes and prospecting requirements.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with the sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CMS and CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Independent work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable.
