We are looking for an experienced

Marketing Manager

to drive innovative, data-led marketing campaigns that boost consumer demand, increase revenue, and enhance the guest experience at

Chessington World of Adventures Resort

. This is a permanent, full-time position onsite offering an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of one of the UK's most iconic family attractions.



As part of the Marketing Business Partner team, you'll collaborate closely with operational teams at Chessington, ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively executed and reflect the wild and adventurous spirit of the Resort. From thrilling campaigns for the World of Jumanji and Wild Asia live entertainment, to immersive seasonal events like Halloween and Winter's Tail, you'll be at the heart of delivering unforgettable experiences for families.



You'll also work within a matrix team, partnering with specialists across E-commerce & Digital Marketing, Brand, Content, Partnerships, Corporate Affairs, Strategy & Commercial, and Revenue Management to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support both commercial success and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:



Develop and implement compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution across digital, social, traditional, and experiential marketing. Lead the strategic development and promotion of key events and Resort moments, including the World of Jumanji, Wild Asia shows, and major seasonal campaigns throughout the year. Adapt global marketing strategies for local markets, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with the Brand team to align marketing efforts with global brand frameworks, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints. Use market research, customer behaviour data, and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness. Partner with E-commerce and Digital Marketing teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms. Monitor marketing budgets and track campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimise ROI. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop media plans, activation strategies, and marketing assets that drive business success.



Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in marketing, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or retail industries. Ability to develop innovative, customer-centric marketing campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication, with a talent for stakeholder management. Experience using data and insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making. Understanding of how marketing drives business performance and revenue growth. A guest-first approach to marketing, with a drive to create unforgettable experiences.
