To get there, we need smart, strategic marketing that combines data with creativity, clarity with impact, and brand storytelling with commercial results.

About the Role





Are you equal parts strategist and doer? Do you get excited about building marketing plans that don't just look good on paper but deliver real growth?



We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can connect the dots between customer insight, brand storytelling, and commercial objectives. You'll shape campaigns that elevate our brand, drive demand, and support our ambitious growth plans -- both in the UK and globally.



This isn't a back-office role. You'll be out there with the team, working closely with sales, ops, and external stakeholders, making sure our marketing not only turns heads but also moves the needle.

Key Activities:



Strategy & Planning:




Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with the business goals. Balance brand-building with performance marketing to drive both awareness growth and sales generation Identify opportunities to position V12 as the go-to safety footwear brand across sectors and regions



Campaign Development & Delivery



Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, trade, and PR Collaborate with the current marketing team and external agency partners to amplify stories and product launches Work with product teams to shape compelling go-to-market strategies



Insight & Measurement



Use customer, market, and competitor insight to inform decisions Track ROI on campaigns and optimise activity based on performance data Report marketing performance clearly to the leadership team



Partnership & Channels




Manage relationships with key agencies, partners, and suppliers Spot opportunities for brand collaborations and sponsorships Support sales enablement with toolkits, assets, and customer-facing material



Competencies and Skills





Experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in B2B, retail, or product-led businesses Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into action A commercial mindset -- you know marketing isn't just about awareness, it's about impact Creativity and storytelling skills to bring our brand to life Data-driven decision making with confidence using analytics and insights Great collaboration skills -- able to work across teams and functions Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR).
