Job Description


This company is looking for a talented general creative Marketing Manager to join their expanding IT MSP team. Working from a modern, open plan office; expect an exciting and varied role developing and implementing all aspects of the marketing plan.

As the Marketing Manager, you will support the account managers and business development team with their marketing and client management processes. Developing targeted marketing campaigns and relevant content, as well as positive PR, to help promote the organisation.

Ideally with an IT MSP background and experience in B2B-focused marketing with experience in a relevant service-based B2B environment, and appropriate knowledge of marketing via all modern marketing methods.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with good knowledge of MS Office, and experience working with CRM systems.
You will be process driven whilst retaining a creative outlook towards developing new and exciting marketing ideas.

The Marketing Manager has a number of areas of responsibility:

  • Develop brand awareness of services, develop new business leads and report on progress
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • CRM management, including automation and workflow management for data and marketing processes
  • Adopt appropriate marketing automation tools to support the marketing campaigns
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within budget
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • SEO Management
  • Create marketing presentations
  • Plan and manage appropriate events
  • Liaise with media and advertising
  • Paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Collaborate with the sales function, specifically around account-based marketing activities and social selling
  • Monitor & Implement industry best practices and conduct market research
  • Analysis of customer and prospect research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Manage the Key Accounts Management (KAM) processes: lists and reminders, including provision of information to account managers to assist them with the processes.
In return, they offer a salary of \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa350,000 per annum (depending on experience), flexible benefits, life assurance, health care plan, birthday day off, company pension contributions along with training and development opportunities and more.
