Vision Executives are experts in International Eyecare Recruitment, and we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Marketing & Admin Manager to join our growing team. This role will support both marketing initiatives and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Management
Source and build targeted distribution lists by identifying relevant contacts and stakeholders to effectively market candidates.
Support content creation efforts, including brainstorming, developing, and executing marketing materials, blog posts, and job advertisements to strengthen brand presence and attract top talent.
Manage daily communication and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring timely responses and fostering relationships with candidates and clients.
Contribute to the optimisation and maintenance of the company website, ensuring up-to-date job listings and relevant content are published.
Assist in the preparation and updating of marketing collateral, including company brochures, business cards, and event materials.
Monitor marketing performance and contribute to reports that evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies.
Ability to create job adverts and candidate briefing packs to inform candidates about job opportunities.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance, including managing emails, scheduling, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Lead and manage our CV and LinkedIn writing services by coordinating calls, preparing documents, and managing client interactions.
Maintain and update client and candidate databases, ensuring data is accurate and accessible for team use.
Assist with event coordination, including preparation, pricing, and ensuring successful execution of conferences and industry events.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in marketing ideally via mail marketing and LinkedIn.
Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, Canva and Indeed.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work independently while managing your own schedule.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of work while meeting deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of SEO, database management (HubSpot), and using tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Full-time role - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Competitive basic salary + Commission & Bonus 27,000 On Target Earnings.
