At Saint-Gobain off-site Solutions we are hiring for a Sector Marketing Manager to work in our OSS division, with knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, with demonstrated experience in project delivery.

In the role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans to increase industry awareness of the OSS low rise structural offer. This role is division wide but has a primary focus on the OSS and Scotframe Commercial brands. The role will help to support our growth aspirations, delivering product management strategies, strategic insight and a sector marketing plan that will raise brand awareness through PR and Marketing initiatives. The successful applicant will drive the creation and deployment of marketing assets through various communication channels, on and offline, to support and grow sales.

The OSS (Off-Site Solutions) division comprising of Pasquill, Scotframe, Roofspace and Intrastack covers has manufacturing sites across the UK. These brands offer a unique combination of products to the construction industry helping our customers overcome challenges whilst improving the quality of their build and delivering more effectively with reduced risk.

This role can be on a Hybrid basis - 10-25% travel (Company car provided).

What you will be doing:

• Develop marketing strategy based on customer insight and appropriate product positioning while delivering regular updates to the business based on customer and competitor research to drive marketing activity and new product/service development
• Lead the development of appropriate sales material and promotional campaigns including advertising, sales material such as brochures, and presentations, PR and online activity.
• Creating new and develop existing relationships with leading trade media and industry bodies to widen the reach and promotion of the relevant brands
• and use this to inform and recommend on future strategy and actions
• Develop and implement marketing communication plans to support strategic objectives to deliver growth in target market and customer segments
• Ensuring brand websites represent a hub of information that aims to persuade visitors to contact the business
• Maintain and develop appropriate social media channels for both lead-generation and branding purposes
• Analyse and report results from all communication activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

What we\'re looking for:

• Marketing or business degree or a suitable professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) And/or At least 3 years\' demonstrable and relevant experience
• Creative and ideas driven, will challenge the status quo and seek to deliver above expectations
• Good understanding of how to use the appropriate project management tools and frameworks for each project
• Can work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, be part of the functional teams and readily shares success
• Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, with demonstrated experience in project delivery
• Previous experience managing projects through external agencies - including budget management
• Proven ability to lead marketing projects
