Marketing Manager - Estate Agency

Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, the Marketing and Communications & Digital (MCD) team provides support and assistance for both UK and International Knight Frank offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns. Our role is to maximise omnichannel brand impressions that protects and enhance our firm\'s reputation while generating high quality commercial and residential enquiries, globally.

The Role

This role is responsible for overseeing and executing all marketing related to Residential Sales across the UK offices, including print materials and advertisings. In addition, this role supports the Head of Estate Agency Marketing with relevant campaigns across Country and London offices.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Head of Estate Agency Marketing and other team members, develop and implement innovative centrally-planned marketing initiatives, rolling them out across all Country and London offices.
  • Contribute to and promote the Quarterly toolkit and new way of working with our offices.
  • Lead the marketing campaign for Country Homes, Farms and Estates, working closely with the content and PR team and ensuring greatest impact.
  • Work with the Campaign Manager and Campaign Executives to ensure efficient and effective project management of each work stream within the strategy, in order to deliver on time, on budget and with a flawless attention to detail
  • Advise and manage the marketing budget for Country offices by analysing, evaluating and providing recommendations for marketing activity.
  • Play an active role in the Residential Marketing Leadership team, collaborating and aligning marketing strategy and objectives with your peers to ensure key activity, market insights and campaigns are leveraged UK-wide
  • Measure, analyse and optimise marketing communications and campaigns. Identifying impact, areas of success and optimisation for future activity
  • On a regular basis, present both marketing strategy and results to senior stakeholders and at Regional London and Country board meetings
  • Ensure all colleagues within our London and Country offices understand their role in delivering the brand values of Knight Frank on a local basis through the marketing support provided, and are motivated to do so
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
  • At least five years\' marketing experience within property, professional services, a corporate environment or agency-side
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Team management experience is mandatory, as well as strong stakeholder management skills
  • Design literate with a good understanding of print production techniques, proficient copy writing skills and the ability to proof read effectively
  • Up-to-date with digital and social routes to market and an ability to interpret their analytics to enhance future effectiveness
  • Highly organised with an ability to work at speed, across projects with multiple stakeholders without any loss of quality of delivery
  • Confident and articulate, including good presentation skills, quick to learn and empathetic towards others in the business
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (including Excel and PowerPoint), with a knowledge of Dotmailer, Drag and Drop and Ad Intel being useful
