Senior Branch Manager (Estate Agency) - Uckfield - Sussex

Basic \xc2\xa331,000 CA \xc2\xa34,000 or company car (OTE \xc2\xa360,000)

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to head up a busy branch for our clients successful branch in Uckfield. You will need to have circa 5 years minimum Estate Agency experience and at least one year managing a branch.

The Role:

• Be the start of our customers\' journey, offering expert estate agency guidance
• Own your business, focusing on profitability and development
• Lead and inspire your team, running meetings and coaching sessions
• List targeted properties and support vendors in selling their homes effectively
• Stay updated on the local market and establish yourself as an expert
• Work closely with your team, strategising property listings and matching potential buyers

The Package:

• Basic Salary: \xc2\xa331,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
• On Target Earnings: Circa \xc2\xa360,000
• Car Allowance: \xc2\xa34,000 OR Company Car
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)
