Fixed term contract for 18 months from September 2025
About us and the role
Would you like to join a supportive, warm, and welcoming operations team that provides leadership and service provision to a community of passionately independent veterinary practices?
Just as the vets we support provide compassionate care, we greatly value collaboration and nurturing talent within our team. We foster an encouraging environment where ideas are shared freely, questions are welcomed, and there is always someone willing to guide you.
The Farm Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that are supported and guided by the XLVets' farm-focused member practices, as well as supporting members across the team to support the wider XLVets Community. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing member engagement, strengthening relationships with industry partners, and amplifying the XLVets brand across the veterinary and agricultural sectors.
Experience is valued, but an eagerness to embrace our supportive culture matters more. If being part of this style of team resonates with you, then you'll likely be an outstanding addition as we continue to provide services and products for our collaborative community.
