5+ years relevant experience; beauty industry/brand experience strongly preferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills; proven experience in launching/managing a marketing plan in a retail business.
Ability to cultivate strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.
Experience managing a direct report is preferred.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
