We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded

Marketing Manager

to join our team on a

12-month temporary fixed-term basis

, covering an existing senior role. This is a hands-on position with responsibility for shaping brand strategy, driving patient engagement and delivering high-impact marketing activity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the overall marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and consistent messaging. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and emerging platforms such as TikTok. Create and oversee engaging content that supports brand awareness, patient engagement and growth. Manage website content, SEO and user experience. Analyse performance data and use insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Work closely with operational and clinical teams to align marketing with business objectives. Act as the senior marketing lead during the cover period, ensuring continuity and clear direction.

About You

Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media and brand strategy. Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva and CMS platforms. Commercially focused with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency. Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
