We are seeking a generalist, yet results-driven, Marketing Manager to support the ongoing marketing success of our Cyber, Data Protection, and InfoSec product portfolio. This is a fixed term contract to support maternity cover.
You will be responsible for working closely with the Marketing team and wider Commercial team to execute the strategic plans, support lead generation and prospect nurturing, and deliver BAU marketing activities. This role covers the full marketing mix. During the period of this contract the business will also be undergoing a rebrand process, this role will further support delivery of this.

Responsibilities
Strategic delivery
Work closely with Head of / acting Head of Marketing of division to deliver and execute strategic plans for business growth.
Oversee marketing calendar of campaigns, content, events, etc. for the division. Regular review of all marketing activity surrounding product lines to ensure sales and delivery targets are met.
Support in rebranding activities as needed. Regular review of all marketing activity surrounding product lines to ensure sales and delivery targets are met.
Lead generation / prospect nurturing
Responsible for overseeing outbound email lead generation using relevant databases and software, and management of related email campaigns within the journey.
Report against designated KPIS (leads, engagement, conversion etc.).
Digital Marketing
End-to-end delivery of any email campaigns and related social media, including reporting.
Aid creation of any assets for PPC, SEO or as needed for campaigns.
Basic website management, including minor changes and blog posting.
Marketing collateral
Support creation of collateral as needed for marketing and sales enablement, liaising with relevant stakeholders for content, design and sign-off.
Take ownership of case study and testimonial programme.
Event management
Research, support planning and delivery, and manage follow ups to in person events - including those owned by the business and third-party.
Support planning, creation and delivery of webinars, including invitations, follow-up processes and reporting
Oversee event collateral and merchandise.
Ideal Candidate Specifications
Experience:
3-5 years+ of proven track record in B2B marketing
Industry Knowledge:
Cyber, data protection or information security experience is an advantage.
Hands on approach:
Ability to get involved in many areas of the business, engage credibly with the team, talk knowledgably about product marketing techniques and bring your experience to problem solving.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of marketing technologies including HubSpot and website CRM systems, and project management tools such as Monday.com.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and influence key business outcomes.
Customer Focused:
Demonstrated ability to motivate teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
Organisational Skills:
Highly organised with strong planning and project management abilities, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
