Our Values

Exceptional Products

Product quality is at the core of everything we do. All our products are designed by our world-class product team in the UK.

Unrivalled Customer Service

We care deeply about our customer service, and work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a positive experience with TentBox.

Inclusive Community

The TentBox Community is everything to us. We understand that a TentBox is so much more than a product - it's a lifestyle.

The Role

TentBox is expanding rapidly across Europe and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our growth in Germany. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can build a brand from the ground up while driving results across influencer marketing, PR, retail activation, community, and localised paid media.

You'll be our first marketing hire in Germany, the voice of TentBox in the market and a key player in shaping how the brand comes to life locally.

Key Responsibilities

Local Strategy & Brand Building

Lead the marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with global brand direction

Help build TentBox as a trusted, desirable brand in the German market

Champion brand consistency while shaping it for local culture and context
Be the brand guardian in Germany, ensuring everything we do reflects our values and vision

Influencer & Creator Marketing

Own and scale relationships with German creators

Run high-impact influencer campaigns that generate reach, trust, and usable content
Collaborate with creators to develop locally relevant ad assets when efficient

PR & SEO-Focused Outreach

Drive coverage in credible German publications to build social proof and trust

Secure backlinks from reputable outlets to strengthen SEO
Align local PR angles with UK/global brand narratives

Scale events through retail showrooms (building on our successful UK model)
Help create real-world brand experiences that bring TentBox to life

Retail Marketing Support

Work with local retail partners to support in-store marketing, visibility and brand alignment

Ensure campaigns and materials reflect TentBox's tone and identity
Support showroom-led activations and events

Ad Localisation & Creative Support

Work closely with the Head of Performance to adapt high-performing UK ads

Ensure cultural and linguistic localisation is done to a high standard
Help produce new local ad creatives with influencers or creators where relevant

Ideal candidate

5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a regional or brand marketing role

Strong brand sensibility -- you understand how to build a brand, not just run campaigns

Track record of delivering influencer, PR and community marketing campaigns

Knowledge of SEO and how backlinks support organic growth

Experience working with or supporting retail partners

Fluent in German and English

Strategic thinker, hands-on doer -- you're happy building from the ground up
A passion for the outdoors, being active, travel or road trip culture is a big plus
