Marketing Manager Sidcup, Kent (Office-Based)
? Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | 8:00am - 4:30pm
? 36,000 - 41,000 + Benefits
? What You'll Be Doing:
As Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director and be responsible for leading the full spectrum of marketing activities-from strategy to execution.
? Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals
? Manage brand positioning across digital and traditional platforms
? Create engaging content, eye-catching visuals, and compelling campaigns
? Oversee social media channels and drive digital performance (Google Analytics, SEO, etc.)
? Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
? Plan and execute promotional events and trade shows
? Monitor and manage budgets, campaign ROI, and reporting
? Champion our brand voice and elevate our visual identity across all touchpoints
? About You:
We're looking for someone who's not only creative but also commercially minded and results-oriented.
? Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
? A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's a plus)
? Confident using digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Salesforce)
? Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns
? Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
? B2B experience a bonus
