Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email and social media campaigns.
-Create and publish compelling written content for various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media posts.
-Social media managing & analysis - Facebook and LinkedIn, covering all areas from creating posts, engagement, building followership and brand awareness, both organic and paid.
-Engage with news outlets and journalists.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage a rebranding campaign.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be desirable.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with budget management and forecasting.
