WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working, at least 2 days in the London office

About this opportunity:

Citra Living Limited is the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Private Rental Subsidiary. Its purpose is to Help Britain Prosper through improving access to good quality, affordable rental homes across the UK whilst delivering diverse and sustainable financial return to Group.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Customer & brand Director as well as other key partners in the business to ensure that the strategies for property & development marketing, digital marketing including social media and brand development are implemented. This is key role within our organisation ensuring that our new and existing channels and activities are consistent with the wider group.

As Marketing Manager, key accountabilities include:

Property & Development Marketing

  • Management of all property listings on property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Creation of property marketing and home information as part of the customer proposition.
  • Implementation of development marketing strategies both print and digital.
  • Creation and monitoring of reports to ensure that lead generation campaigns are effective and reaching the target audience.
  • Working with the Customer & Brand Director to create and implement development brand strategies for standalone BTR developments.
Brand
  • Assist in the management of internal and external communications including both internal partners and external agencies.
  • Creation, implementation and monitoring of the end to end marketing strategies ensuring that business objectives are met.
  • Working with internal and external partners to ensure that the marketing strategy is aligned with the wider group strategy.
  • Creation of marketing collateral to support even such as shows and conferences.
  • Helping to deliver brand training across the business as required.
Digital Marketing
  • Assist in implementation and deliver an effective digital marketing strategy to enhance and optimise our brand and customer journey.
  • Responsibility all aspects the website ensuring that the content is relevant, correct and optimised for SEO whilst protecting the brand.
  • Management of all social media channels.
  • Creation, implementation and monitoring of the end to end digital advertising strategy ensuring that business objectives are met.
  • Being responsible for digital troubleshooting, liaising with colleagues in IT and external agencies to ensure support is provided and issues resolved.
  • Working with internal and external partners to ensure that the digital strategy is aligned with the wider group strategy.
  • Ensuring that all digital branding, marketing and advertising material is accurate across all channels at all times.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need;
  • Strong experience within a marketing role including digital marketing expertise.
  • Experience in development and execution of digital brand strategies in a large organisation.
  • Website management experience both content and technical support
  • Highly confident and experienced in the use of digital technology
  • Understanding of email/digital marketing services and GDPR compliance
  • Strong working knowledge of managing CRM, SMS, email and social media tools
  • Experience of using digital platforms to engage with multiple different audiences
  • Knowledge of the property marketing would be desirable but not essential
  • Experience in development and execution of brand strategies in a large organisation
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Confident to create and present to the wider team and external partners
