We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced senior marketing executive or someone currently in a marketing manager role. This role is ideal for an experienced communications manager or someone currently in a related role who oversees the creation and delivery of internal and external communications including PR. If you have a passion for content creation, and experience working in a generalist marketing role overseeing digital marketing campaigns (working with agencies where relevant) alongside event/project management, then this is the role for you!


Role purpose As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Key Accountabilities

  • Generate high-quality content for various platforms, with experience of digital marketing including web and social media.
  • Create and manage internal communications programme to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all offices.
  • Liaise with public relations and reputation management agencies, media and advertising contacts and other third parties to increase brand awareness.
  • Proactively contribute to business and marketing plans and strategies designed to increase client lifecycle, grow revenue, increase engagement and add value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing and communications campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive measurable results.
  • Analyse, monitor and optimise all activities based on key marketing and business KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop more junior team members, providing guidance and support.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a generalist marketing role at Senior Executive or Manager level, with at least 1 direct report.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for creating content.
  • Proven experience in driving successful B2B marketing strategies with an ability to demonstrate an understanding of the latest digital PR and communication trends.
  • Track record of working successfully with PR agencies, media and related third parties.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Experience working within an international organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
