Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days in London office, Thursdays essential)

Salary: 38,896 + 5,000 London weighting (43,896 total)

Contract: Full-time | Permanent - 35 hours per week (plus 5 hours paid lunch)

Reports to: Head of Media & Digital

Team: Marketing Officer, Creative Content Producer, Website & Digital Officer

Nacro is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, drive forward our strategy and elevate the profile of our organisation and its sub-brands. If you have experience in delivering innovative marketing campaigns, leading teams, and working in the third sector or a related organisation, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies to raise awareness of Nacro's work. Lead digital campaigns for recruitment, business growth, and service promotion. Oversee our websites, social media, and online presence. Manage and inspire a talented marketing team. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Use data and insights to evaluate campaign success and inform future plans. Support policy campaigns and organisational messaging.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience as a marketing manager, ideally in the third sector, education, or public sector. Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with digital marketing, website management, and analytics. Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative approach. A commitment to continuous professional development.

Desirable Extras:

Graphic design skills (e.g., InDesign). Knowledge of criminal justice, housing, or education sectors.
