Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their London/Manchester office. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within the department, owning the end to end marketing planning process, from identifying opportunities and setting objectives to executing campaigns and analysing performance.
The Responsibilities:

• Serve as the marketing business partner for the Employment department, leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
• Identify marketing objectives and propose targeted campaigns and tactics to achieve them.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as a key ambassador for the Marketing function within the firm, particularly with partners and fee earners.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Work closely with specialist teams such as eCRM, digital, and press to deliver integrated marketing efforts.

The Candidate:

• Strong background in marketing and communications (in-house or agency), with hands on experience in managing campaigns across paid social, paid search, digital, and social media channels.
• Proven ability to independently run projects from concept to execution under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in CRM, e-marketing systems, reporting tools, MS Office, HTML, and CMS platforms
