Marketing Executive

What You'll Do
1. Campaign Management
Plan, deliver, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email platforms.
Collaborate with agencies on campaign delivery, paid media optimisation, and performance insights.
2. Content Creation & Management
Produce engaging content for our website, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
Partner with solicitors and teams to create thought leadership pieces, case studies, and success stories.
3. SEO & Website Management
Support SEO strategies to boost visibility and search rankings.
Keep website content up to date, campaign-aligned, and lead-focused.
4. Event Marketing & PR
Assist in organising webinars, seminars, and client-facing events.
Work with PR agencies and journalists to showcase the firm's expertise.
5. CRM Management
Maintain and optimise our CRM to support lead nurturing, client communications, and reporting.
Ensure accurate data management and marketing automation integration.
6. Reputation Management
Oversee the firm's reputation on Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and legal directories.
Respond professionally to client reviews and work with teams to resolve concerns.
7. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and other reporting tools.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all channels.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of marketing experience (professional services or legal sector preferred).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and automation workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus but not essential.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with solicitors and teams.
Interested in the legal industry and eager to understand client needs.
Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple campaigns.
