Responsibilities

Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management. Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials. Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and organisational analysis skills to monitor campaign performance and optimise results. Manage the organisation's website using WordPress and ensure content is current and engaging. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for creative assets using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within B2B markets. Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development. Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint; report on campaign outcomes using Microsoft Excel; communicate effectively across teams using Microsoft Office tools. Organise events or campaigns that enhance brand visibility in B2B sectors. Stay abreast of industry developments in IT, digital marketing tools, and organisational best practices.

Qualifications



Proven experience in management within a marketing environment. Strong knowledge of SEO optimisation techniques and Google Ads platform. Proficiency in WordPress website management and Adobe Photoshop design software. Demonstrable skills in analysis using Google Analytics alongside organisational analysis skills. Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools. Excellent copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences within B2B markets. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; adept at project management software. Strong communication skills in English with the ability to lead teams effectively. Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations. Exceptional time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
