A start-up company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Cambridge or London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and be skilled in content creation copywriting and social media management. Experience in fashion or textiles would also be advantageous. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for co-developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy managing all content creation collaborating with the sales team conducting market research and analysis and more.

What you\'ll be doing?

• Co-developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy with the SMT and a number of experienced advisors who are close to the business.
• Managing all content creation including blog posts social media updates and email marketing campaigns
• Writing compelling copy for marketing materials
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities
• Managing social media accounts and engaging with influencers and partners
• Managing the marketing budget and working with external vendors

What experience you\'ll need to apply?

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on content copywriting and social media
• Minimum of ten years\' B2B and/or B2B2C experience including leading teams within organizations
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts
• Ability to think strategically and analyze data to inform decision-making
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
